What be feeds?
Bluesky feeds are curated streams of posts built around specific topics, interests, or themes.
Instead of relying on one global timeline, feeds let you explore filtered parts of the network that matter most to you — from tech discussions to niche hobbies to random bizarre stuff that makes life joyful.
Think of them as your own custom 'For You' but better.
They’re a way to shape your own experience of Bluesky, discovering communities and conversations that might otherwise get lost in the noise.

Why make feeds?
Making your own feed takes this a step further. It lets you decide what deserves attention, how content is filtered, and what kind of tone or focus you want to encourage.
Whether you want to highlight great design posts, surface local events, or experiment with new ways of sorting information, building your own feed gives you creative control over how people see and share content.
And you can share them with others!
How make feeds?
I experimented with Graze.Social (Free), SkyFeed.App (Free) and BlueskyFeedCreator.com (Paid) and got some great results.
Graze
Graze is the power tool for power users, with really sophisticated controls, and great monetisation options (They even have a marketplace where you can find paid and free feeds), but the learning curve is not insignificant.
Skyfeed
SkyFeed is much less sophisticated that Graze, and it's slow to update results, and the UI could be improved in places, but it's really easy to just get going and get create results.
FeedCreator
FeedCreator, is fine but I just did not gel with it at all. It feels like a vibe coded tool built on bootstrap and has no personality
I am Feed!
Because my feed needs are so basic, I stuck with 🦜Skyfeed and with very little effort, I created these really fun feeds
